Refund policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Limitless Club.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, stains, deodorant marks, fragrance, or damage will not be accepted. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To initiate a return, you must contact us at teamlimitlessclub@gmail.com before sending any items back. Returns sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your return. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned products arrive in acceptable condition.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you believe you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence. We will inspect the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
• Gift cards
• Final sale or discounted items
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned without original tags and packaging
• Items returned without prior authorization
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must request a return for the original product and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason. However, products must still meet all eligibility standards stated above. Items that fail inspection will not be refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees and any applicable duties or taxes are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund approval notice, contact us at teamlimitlessclub@gmail.com.
Return shipping
Unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Limitless Club is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments, and we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
