Shipping policy
Limitless Club ships orders to customers in Portugal and selected European countries. Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe and dispatched as soon as possible after purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Portugal: Approximately 5 business days
Europe: Approximately 7 to 10 business days
Delivery estimates include standard carrier transit times and our internal processing period. These estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Carrier and Tracking
We work with reputable carriers such as CTT and international postal partners. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information, if available.
Duties and Import Taxes
For deliveries outside Portugal, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. Limitless Club is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Delivery Issues and Delays
Delivery timelines may be impacted by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs border checks, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details. Limitless Club is not liable for delivery delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address details, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for redelivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Limitless Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary based on destination and will be displayed at checkout before purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Returns
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
